In an article by Erwyn Brown, Bill Clinton is saving over 200 animals a year by choosing a vegan diet. He said that he believes his plant-based, vegan heart-healthy regimen is helping to reverse the damage to his heart and blood vessels caused by cardiovascular disease.
He enjoys the food he eats and has more energy, he says, “I like the vegetables, the fruits, the beans, the stuff I eat now. ”
At 64 he looks healthy and says that his blood test are showing the benefits of a vegan diet.
It is amazing how the body can heal itself, when given the opportunity, and more and more studies and personal testimonies are showing that a plant-based diet is more than saving animals from a cruel existence and death, it’s more than saving the environment, it teaches us that we can live a life that is filled with energy and health.
It’s great to hear someone like Bill Clinton praise a plant-based way of living.
