Vegan is plant-based eating. Plant-based eating is easy, it means that your diet consists of plants. All vegetables, fruits, grains, rice – what grows from the ground and is harvested. Rosie O’Donnell because of a recent heart attack is now eating a plant-based (vegan) diet because it works. The amount of evidence continues to grow and the list of people, famous and not famous grows as we learn that what we eat matters.
