Although Dr. Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Diet includes animal sources, in very limited amounts, it is still a great reminder of how to eat clean, healthy and anti-inflammatory. I do like his recipes, many of them are vegan and I use them as a base to expand on.
These are always great reminders for me to take a look at what I’m eating, it’s a process.
He does mention the importance of organic foods to make sure that you are not using GMOs. Enjoy!
